1. Program and types of messages
If you consent to receive marketing, informational, promotional, conversational, and transactional SMS from LifeBridge Home Care, you agree to receive those types of SMS messages from us. Messages may include care quote updates, care coordination and scheduling notifications, consultation reminders, promotions, replies to your inquiries, and service-related communications.
2. Express and optional consent
You authorize LifeBridge Home Care to send recurring SMS messages to the mobile number you provide only when you expressly opt in, such as by selecting our unchecked SMS consent box. Providing a number or submitting an inquiry or application alone does not authorize SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, care services, or employment. Only opt in for a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.
3. Standard SMS disclosures
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Reply HELP for support.
- Message & data rates may apply.
- Messaging frequency may vary.
Visit https://lifebridgehomecares.com/privacy to see our Privacy Policy, and this page for SMS terms and conditions.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP to any SMS message from LifeBridge Home Care to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message; no further SMS messages will be sent unless you expressly opt in again. You may also request removal by calling or emailing us. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from requesting care or contacting us by phone or email.
5. Help and customer support
Reply HELP for assistance. You can also call 281-238-8848 or email Lifebridgeinquiry@gmail.com. Our office is at 6200 Savoy Drive, Suite 936, Houston, TX 77036.
6. Frequency, charges, and delivery
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, requested services, scheduling, and promotional communications. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your carrier for plan details. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability; messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy and non-sharing of consent
No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.
Your consent is specific to LifeBridge Home Care and will not be sold, rented, transferred, or disclosed to others. See our Privacy Policy for information we collect, how it is used, and your choices.
8. Appropriate use and changes
SMS is not an emergency service and is not intended for medical advice or sensitive health information. For emergencies, call 911. Tell us if your mobile number changes so we can update your preferences. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date; changes will not expand the scope of your consent without any additional consent required.
